Principal and Senior Design Architect John Cronin, AIA, NCARB of AG Architecture shared the fascinating story of how his team blended their design expertise with art and history to create The Terraces at Bonita Springs. He spoke to a full room, an engaged audience of residents and staff.

As principal of the national architecture/engineering firm, Mr. Cronin described the influence of Addison Mizner on Florida architecture and how the Mediterranean style is expressed throughout the building’s design. Mr. Cronin also talked about his firm’s approach, discussing how design elements are not only for esthetic purposes – they also inform the character of the building, and provide residents with a sense of community.
