The Village at Gainesville
SantaFe Senior Living has created this amenity-rich senior living community on a professionally maintained 104-acre campus. With nine different living choices, The Village at Gainesville offers 511 apartment homes, 96 assisted living apartments and 32 memory support apartment homes.
This is just a short list from a very long one that epitomizes ‘Better Living by Design.’ There is a long list of reasons why our residents love living here, and they love that it’s all theirs for just one monthly fee.
East Ridge at Cutler Bay
SantaFe Senior Living’s East Ridge at Cutler Bay is situated on 76 lush acres just a half hour’s drive south of Miami. As a not-for-profit Life Plan Community, we offer residents the convenience and peace of mind of knowing that, whatever their health care needs demand in the future, we can accommodate them – right here on campus.
Our community, which consists of 221 independent living cottages, offers something for everyone in a true neighborhood setting. As needs may change, our residents can utilize our 90 assisted living apartments, 31 memory support apartments and 74 skilled nursing suites without having to relocate from the community that they call home.
